tommorris so for instance, you might have a small local Wikimedia organisation with 10 members. only one of them is female. you separate out gay and lesbian into two separate categories on your survey, and you set up your age brackets in the wrong way and you not only know you have one female member, but that you have one 15-year-old lesbian member. because of lack of anonymisation and shitty survey design
