tantek I'm going to be contacting other conferences that I'm either speaking at or attending and asking them to also post a code of conduct - would be great to use IndieWebCamp as one of the examples (in addition to what we've documented already on the wiki: http://indiewebcamp.com/code-of-conduct-examples )
