The way you phrased that made me realize /watch and /read might not be able to be as similar as I was hoping.... “Watching x” means that you are also probably done with it. But “Reading x” means that you might be “In-progress” and at some point have to track how far through you are. Whereas almost no one is going to record 50% through watching a tv show or movie
