Zegnat I have seen plenty of "regramming". I think there are entire applications for it. Have seen it as part of marketing and give aways especially, much like on Facebook.

It’s good to enable people to elevate and highlight content that they identify with or find interesting. But, treating that content as a first-class citizen in equal footing with their own content is where it gets dicey.
