@voxpelli Article 13 seems like a death sentence to any small scale indie web service that relies on user generated content to any degree. Requiring advanced filters that only large companies can build and afford is not acceptable. We should encourage the #indieweb, not ban it. (twitter.com/_/status/1008332653043515393)
