[LewisCowles] today in language oddities. I'm setting up my new Pi-4 8GB. NVM does not love 64-bit on the Pi

[LewisCowles] it was fairly simple to fix by passing the -s flag when using nvm install. I've noticed in 2016 nvm said they patched this, and I see their patch in my nvm. I can only assume something has gone astray from binary builds, or raspbian is doing something odd.

[LewisCowles] Had to install libffi-dev for docker-compose to install as well. Not the finest hour for the Pi, but amazing that 8GB RAM + Quad processor is now < £100 with case, heatsink, psu

[fluffy] anyway I ended up just editing the svg in Adobe Illustrator to fix the view box, and also made a cruddy email icon while I was at it 🙂

[fluffy] that indieauth svg also was using style-based colors, which is a Problem when you have multiple style-based svgs on the same page

[fluffy] I recently did some work on adding some social share buttons on the day job site and they looked askew even though rulers showed it just fine. Perceived weights do weird things. Design is hard.
