[Murray] If you mean too often as in the posts would occur too frequently then this won't help, but Integromat has a Trigger for an Instragram feed, so it would only fire when something actually gets added (in case IFTTT/Zapier are checking every x minutes, which I know I've used on those services in the past) -> https://www.integromat.com/en/integrations/instagram
