[Raphael_Luckom] Sorry, it's an MPL2.0-licensed DSL (https://www.terraform.io/docs/configuration/index.html) and CLI tool that allows you to express infrastructure configurations. So it's kind of a plugin-based, vendor-agnostic version of AWS CloudFormation or Google's infrastructure bundling tool. It has plugins (https://registry.terraform.io/browse/providers) for a lot of services, sites and infrastructure vendors (github, vmware, etc.).
