petermolnar !tell [Raphael_Luckom] in my day job, I'm a linux sysadmin (or devops. or sre. whatever is the trendy now), and for a company with a very large web service, terraform might make sense. In my personal life, I went full oldschool, with 2 freebsd nodes, no container, no fancy, not nothing. Why? Because then I can run everything on a passive cooled ThinkCentre micro instead of the abomination called AWS.
