#LoqiIt looks like we don't have a page for "there be dragons" yet. Would you like to create it? (Or just say "there be dragons is ____", a sentence describing the term)
#LoqiHere be dragons is in general a warning of potential dangers or dangerous areas, originally on physical maps, on the IndieWeb it refers to particularly problematic silos that usually formed in response to entire sets of abusive behaviors and accounts being banned from Twitter https://indieweb.org/Here_be_dragons
#Drako365Is there a list of suggested software? I'm looking to set up a few services on my site and want to use tools that are known to work well for this sort of thing.
#Drako365Also, [tantek], I beleive you're the administrator of monkinetic.blog? If so, you may want to know that it's down (or maybe you're already aware idktbh). Either way, where can I find your posts? Links on the github.io are broken.
#[tantek]Hello Drako365, I'm definitely not the administrator of monkinetic, though I often get asked if I'm the admin of many websites (I'm not sure why this keeps happening, though I have a theory of about rel=profile and GMPG.
#[tantek]as far as suggested software to setup, currently all such software setup assumes some amount of server admin capabilities which we usually discuss in the #indieweb-dev channel. that's a better place to deep dive on that.
#Drako365I'm a Junior in Software Engineering with a bit of sysadmin experience so that shouldn't be an issue. I'll head over to that channel, thanks!
