#aynishI'm really curious how people use indieweb tools to interface with the internet, that sounds super cool
#aynishI follow all my content through feeds, and centralised my chats through matrix, I wanna do something for my more general "Web presence", especially since I've been less keen on fedi since eternal September

#t0nicI'm not quite happy with the styling of that yet, needs some tuning. But thanks

#[benatwork]Counterpoint: let us be the judge of whether it's poorly written or not!
#[tantek]Agreed, no need for that level of self-deprecation. Better to express that it's "an early rough draft", assuming there is author intent to clean it up
#t0nicThere is not. That is why I mark it as poorly written.
#t0nicI mainly use it as a marker for posts that seem like they would be deeply technical but are not. It's saved me quite a few headaches.

#[aciccarello]I do have a big red warning on my draft pages
#[tantek]That's fair. Maybe characterize it as a "rough braindump" then rather than "poorly written"? I wouldn't call it poorly written.
#ross[m]I quite like some thoughts in the 'Digital Garden' space that give the reader an idea of the due diligence that went into the expression of an idea (and potentially it's ongoing curation etc)
#ross[m][tantek] aaronpk I have no idea whether this was ever of interest to anyone else - but it started me on my journey to writing my own static site software over a decade ago - Microformats inspired me to find a way to leverage nothing more than HTML - I got lost in a world of corporate software and silos in the intervening years and just started to come full circle and get back into indieweb before Christmas - I'll have to go 'forensic' to see
#[tantek]That’s great ross[m]! Things have changed quite a bit from a decade or so ago. We’ve refocused much more on user-centric conversations, use-cases, meeting specific needs etc
