In my head it would be a timeboxed meeting with like a soothing voice repeating every few minutes "this is the quiet writing indieweb zoom" or some other passive indicator that you're currently in the "Quiet Car" (like on a train?) with discussion allowed at some times the participants decide in the first 5 minutes. Like an unconference, with a setup and introductions, then silent, and a
