[Murray] Am I the only one that sees "human experience" as a much greater level of "othering" than "user experience"? I agree that "user" is misused, negatively so in many contexts (I agree with the W3C's attempts to rip it out of official language). But replacing it with "human" feels like something the Borg would do 😄
