[social] Someone met in DC (maybe through softball) had a publication (book length) of all the found Telnet sites in early 1994 to about 1996 (I think they were in US Dept of Commerce).

[social] When I got to grad school (public policy) in 1993 I asked about proper internet citations for papers where I was citing and quoting things from the Internet. I found the Telnet that had the full Teleprompter text from the NBC Nightly News (it was run by NBC, but not sure that NBC knew they were providing that publicly). It was easy to find light quotes.

[social] I didn’t get a good response on how to do a proper citation until the following year.
