[tantek] I think that's a good start for a principle capjamesg. I think what happens is as the number/variety of "someones" and "the work" grows, typical designs grow in complexity to include all those possibilities. there's a need to include a Pareto principle filter perhaps, like 80% of someones doing the 80% most common work they need to do.
