tantekKevinMarks: back the those feed file format argument days, the architects would insist that no, URLS are NOT GUIDs, because you may want to move your blog to another domain and keep your GUIDs
gRegorLoveI did run into the "issue" when I switched to https that some <id> in my Atom feed changed. Minor issue, though, just meant my latest 10 posts showed up as new again in readers.
