[Rose] I just save mine with the date it comes in with as the name, and if you store the correct information in a config file it should be easy enough to find the file - but as soon as someone has a weird config then it would go wrong. And I'd have to write it to skip the image though if the name didn't match - and some people do weird things with redirects and moving files through other scripts and I'd rather not handle those.
