[snarfed] thanks for the followup comment, [jgmac1106]! publishing individual items identified by fragment in multi- item pages makes me nervous, but i haven't fully thought through the reasons why yet. [tantek] et al may have better instincts here. i think maybe just complexity of users' mental models about what's happening, principle of least surprise, etc
