[tantek]aaronpk I noticed the default 👤 icon being used when you don't have a photo for someone's h-card in the bookmark response to your IndieAuth post — do we document such "default icon" practices anywhere? e.g. GitHub uses those color pixelated squares, Twitter used to use an egg etc.
