capjamesg The printer has a lot of trouble with images. The start of the image is okay and then plain text gibberish is posted.

sknebel Some printers take characters with "weird" values as commands to configure something about the printer

sknebel E.g. the typewriter I have lets you change line height/beep/move freely over the serial with the right control bytes
