[schmarty] from #indieweb, what i'd really like to do next for Kapowski is figure out some better stuff around making "good" gif posts. i'd argue the "standard" way of doing them across the web is definitely looping videos rather than huge gif files. i could definitely have Kapowski send HTML with video, source, poster, and img fallback. but how do those work as "reaction" posts? what actually gets picked up downstream and what gets filtered
