[snarfed] interesting feature idea for BF: should it "upgrade" deliveries (eg webmentions) to native when it detects that the original source and target are on the same protocol, even if they're both outside BF? seems harmless and the right idea in spirit...? https://github.com/snarfed/bridgy-fed/issues/613
