I'm trying to fix a problem where... a small number of people just can't connect to my site-- or rather my hosting, since Ihave two personal sites on the same hosting plan and the people who can't connect to one can't connect to either. It seems to be somehow connection-specific; if they do a phone hotspot on the same device that was unable to connect on home internet, it works.
