balintm yeah i get that. for context this question came up because i'm about to do a talk that partially covers the contents of one of my articles. it's at a conference and i will not have the rights to the recording, nor the rights to reupload it — but it will be available on the conference's channel. prob just a regular link, just musing on whether rel=alternate or any of the syndication markup formats would apply in this case
