[schmarty] perryflynn: nice! working as intended, now. the previous/next bit is handled by giving every site a "sorting" number and, clever me, i only issue "sorting" numbers to active sites. but i wasn't updating sorting numbers for inactive sites. so, once-active sites would keep their sorting numbers and could appear in the ring. 😅
