I.e. user-scenario "I want to subscribe to this site/profile!" -> enter URL -> do h-feed discovery, if found, use it, exit, else -> do feedfile discovery (JSONFeed, Atom, RSS, etc.), if found, use it, exit, else -> do a/link rel="author" type="application/activity+json" discovery, if found, use it as an ActivityPub user/outbox
