jak2kLet's say a user creates an h-entry with a `u-in-reply-to` and a `u-url`. In my application, a note or article can be a reply, but a bookmark cannot and a bookmark has a url but an article cannot have one. In this case my server wouldn't know, what that specific h-entry is.
