[Murray] @failxontour: without knowing specifically what you're wanting to do, it's hard to say. There was a pattern for a while of rendering an `<a>` element, and then using JS (if it's available) to swap that out for a `<button>`. It's not something I've seen needed in a few years, though Popover is certainly something that might bring it back
