A simple text warning, maybe with a little ⚠️ (warning) icon or emoji, some bold styles or colours, would be sufficient. If you want to provide further context, use a tooltip, i.e. a button placed alongside the link that opens up a `<dialog>` element with additional context, or expands some extra text
