btrem It could be me who's confused. When Thunderbird subscribes to an Apple or GMail CardDAV url, what does it do with the results? If it just caches them, then it's probably a tougher sell to get Mozilla to add support for RSS/contacts. But if it inserts them into its SQLite database, then the thing is (I'd think) to have a format that would make the process easy.
