gRegor burgeonlab, does your site send webmentions? I got one for the Mastodon version where you mentioned me and indiebookclub (thanks!), but was curious why I didn't see one from the original post. Wondered if there was an issue on my end receiving it.

burgeonlab gRegor: hi Gregor! oh... I forgot to go to telegraph to send the webmentions (manually) for that weeknote post
#
gRegor oh ok, no worries
#
burgeonlab I'll do that later when I'm at HWC, hope you see it then! 😅
#
burgeonlab I haven't looked into automatic webmention sending yet... Anyway, I had a thing or two to ask you about indiebookclub! Maybe next time at a HWC or when I'm working on it next. For those unaware, this is Gregor's book / reading tracking micropub app. https://indiebookclub.biz
#
gRegor Yeah I can come by for a bit tonight. happy to answer questions.
#
gRegor what is IBC?
#
Loqi indiebookclub is an app for posting books you are reading to your website using Micropub https://indieweb.org/ibc
#
gRegor what is manual until it hurts?
#
Loqi manual until it hurts is an IndieWeb development practice of resisting automating something until you have manually done it enough times to really understand it, and know that it is worth doing and automating https://indieweb.org/manual_until_it_hurts
#
gRegor perfectly valid for sending webmentions :) I just wanted to make sure there wasn't a bug on my end. I've run into a few recently.
