[Mike] @tdrayson++ Thanks... that's encouraging to hear. I'm coming from a dual background of WordPress (plus some other very small apps in just ordinary, no-framework PHP, and one project in SMARTY which was really annoying), and designing general database-driven apps. lots of CRUD. Laravel seems to have the high-level database abstraction covered well too, from what I've read so far.
