[aciccarello] Short of building an entire service for this. I wonder if there's a distributed way to do this. Let's say sites had pages listing 1) sites they have approved and a (potentially private) list of mentions they've received. In that scenario if you wanted to send a mention to Alice, you could check Alices approved site, compare it to your own mentions list and look for a match.
