[tantek] should we give folks another week or so to speak up if they plan to make an IndieWebCamp happen by the end of the year?

[tantek] the only end of year candidates we usually get are something in Germany in November (which we have, Berlin), and then SD/SF in December (we have SD planned, and I have no plans to organize an SF camp)

[tantek] one week until if no one has proposed any more IndieWebCamps for 2024, we should remove the "2024" section from [[Planning]] and finish setting up /Planning#2025 for future IndieWebCamp planning!
