capjamesg My co-organiser and I as well as regulars at HWC Edinburgh have been unable to confirm a venue that meets the requirements for an IWC. We have marked the meetup as postponed until our next HWC where we'll chat more.

capjamesg All available options evaluated so far have been either too expensive, unavailable on both Saturday and Sunday, available too late for organisers to get into to set up, or are sufficiently far away from the city centre that they would be a burden for both attendees and organisers to get to.
