[Schepp]↩️ Got feedback from sipgate and they can offer us the same setup as last year, meaning all the available rooms in the sipgate pub (main, billard & bowling).
[Schepp]Using the main office won't work since our event is happening on a weekend and nobody will be there. The pub has the advantage that it's a separate, non-mission-critical area that they can over the keys for.
[Schepp]↩️ What I forgot to mention: that's the idea of Anna, our contact person there, and she has not yet discussed it with her team and will need their go as well. But would we willing to take the room again?
