[cleverdevil] For IndieAuth, I'd make it smarter about not generating new tokens when a token for a specific application already exists. My database is absolutely littered with tokens for repeated authorizations of a ton of different tools. In addition, I'd make the approval screen much prettier, including the `h-app` information for the application that is requesting a token.
