[mapkyca] Known should definitely send webmention on delete, but I think the view was taken that Known wouldn't remove comments on receiving a delete webmention, on the grounds that a third party shouldn't be able to remove content from your site. That said, maybe logging a "remove request" would be smart, or more generally "change requests" with versioning, for edits and stuff.
