[mapkyca] This essentially eliminates / automates the "enter your api key" step. But there may be flaws with this - for one, I don't like the simple API token method that Known uses. In a hosted environment a compromised database would expose these tokens and bad times will follow, so a "real" live system should use a secure key store for these things, but anyway....
