Hey guys! I'm trying to self install Known but When doing the installation I keep getting the following error: "Rewriting appears to be disabled. Usually this means "AllowOverride None" is set in apache2.conf which prevents Known's .htaccess from doing its thing. We tried to fetch a URL that should redirect to known.min.js
#

You can usually fix this by setting AllowOverride All in your Apache configuration." I don't believe i have access to the apache2.conf from my host... how can I fix this?
#
Kaidok5797
and yes I am posting this in here once a day. Getting any support for this software is seemingly impossible

hmm: PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'Masterminds/HTML5.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/var/www/known/IdnoPlugins/Mastodon') in /var/www/known/IdnoPlugins/Mastodon/autoload.php on line 18, referer: https://1500wordmtu.com/status/edit/28f50a823d59714fd9d793e520942baa

looks like it's coming from vendor/mf2

Kaidok5797: ask your host to enable .htaccess for you?
#
sknebel
(if they don't allow it through management UI etc)
#
plindner[m]
Kaidok5797: you can ask the admin of your host to move the configs into the server config. What platform are you deploying to?
#
sknebel
plindner[m]: hm, masterminds/html5 should only be used if it is installed, and fallback if it is missing...
#
plindner[m]
sknebel: yeah, weird that it's trying to use that..
#
plindner[m]
hmm, might be the autoload.php?
#
sknebel
although the plugin might have declared a dependency on it? (I don't quite know how this autoload stuff works)
#
sknebel
the mf2 parser treats it as optional
#
sknebel
but that doesn't help if the plugin hard-loads it
#
plindner[m]
Mastodon/autoload.php is dying in the require_once
#
plindner[m]
It's some hacky thing that does this: //For namespaces we replace \ with / to correct the Path
#
plindner[m]
but maybe we should have mastermind/html5 as part of composer.json...
