[Aaron_Klemm] I just had a brief call with a social media manager to give me a survey of what the third-party tools look like these days for the big platforms. She mentioned things like IG being very restrictive for third party management, twitter was good (obviously), and she claimed facebook works fine too. This is in light of Known and other tools struggles with Facebook etc. My purpose is to form a personal opinion as to what effort should be made to
