[LewisCowles] I've not forgotten about the upload -> url Known issues. I'm currently looking into cookie pinning for Known on Heroku. This might provide a way to push aside some issues, but ultimately, Heroku's 1MB upload limit is... Limiting as may be other professional vendors.
