User_ You mean the movement, I should say. My understanding is that it's trying to do updatable websites. MarkAndSteve are key members of it, and they did publishing app called Manton Reece's Bencode. Or maybe React, I don't remember which one it was based on...It didn't have enough OOP for my taste but it was nice use of React as a UI framework .
