[chrisaldrich] With the Musk purchase of Twitter, there's generally been an uptick in Twitter replacement options, particularly within the Fediverse. As a result many are looking at Known as an option. Not a lot are doing it, but one could run a single Known instance as a stand alone public/private social media service for friends and family. Most seem to be using it as a single user IndieWeb site than as a community site.
