schmarty hmm, doubling up is a good idea. the OMNI hotel is on the same block as the venue and looks to be ~$160/night and appears superficially to be the cheapest.

schmarty i notice there is also a hostel across the street. 3 nights there in an 8- or 6- person shared room works out to ~$130, hahaha

schmarty in my experience, most folks staying in hostels want to keep to themselves. so, it is awkward being in close quarters with so many people, but pretty managable.

schmarty i used to stay at a hostel once or more per week in NYC when i worked for makerbot. i only remember having issues with the people there once or twice.
