[tantek]Jon, re effort to reduce harm. He claims he unblocked a bunch of people. That’s reduction of harm. Does that equate with 100% unblocking of everyone that should have been unblocked? No. Does it need to to be considered reduction harm? No. We said reduction, not elimination.
