Zegnat My entire bag was once unpacked at Schiphol airport because I dared to have a a pair of dull-pointed children’s scissors (giraffe print) in my pen case. Those “blades” are allowed too, but still held me up at customs

[Rose] I have a pencil case which I pull out of my bag for security which contains my cutlery and scissors. After nearly missing a flight because of scissors once this seemed like a sensible approach.
