[tantek] [tmiller] so right now we don't actually have any IWCs that we can reasonably ask people to apply for. So the best we can do to "go about the travel budget committee" is to get dates and organizers confirmed for Düsseldorf, Summit, and possibly Berlin (I think Yulia can help us again with a late April or maybe early May date - perhaps weekend before Düsseldorf)
