@Gill_ie ↩️ I'm all for improving our conference pedagogy but I think it's wrong to assume this sort of participation is passive by definition. People will be comfortable being active/ vocal in some sessions and quieter in others. Some people want time to reflect and process. And that's ok (twitter.com/_/status/1116287756106371074)
