[tantek] aaronpk, I'd like to move the entire "Code of Conduct" near the top, in the same section as Register, just right before it - for two reasons: 1. To make it clear it is very important to us (showing it first rather than last - plus we have a CoC link in the footer), and 2. To have people see it *before* they click Register in case they start from the top of the page.
